When booking you authorise Limerick Travel, on behalf of Limerick Sings 2014 to take payment with the grand total equivalent in Euro at the exchange rate prevailing at time of clearance. The person booking also understands the cancellation penalties applicable (see below for details) in the event of cancellation of the registration.
20% Deposit is required at the time of booking. Hotels will not be confirmed until receipt of deposit.
Balance is due by Thursday March 27th, 2014.
- All payments regarding Limerick Sings 2014 will be handled by Limerick Travel Ltd.
- Booking will not be valid until the required fee has been received.
- Choir name must be marked on the money order/draft/bank transfer.
- All bank charges must be covered by the payer.
- Banker’s draft must be in Euro and drawn on an Irish Bank.
- Should you wish to pay via Bank Transfer, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for account information.
- For written cancellations received before March 24th 2014 a full refund will be made.
- For written cancellations received from March 24th – April 24th, 50% only will be refunded.
- After April 24th, no refunds will be made.
Information provided for registration will not be divulged to any outside agency or individual. All registration data will be held in a database for administrative purposes. Financial information that is collected is used solely to bill the user for products and services.
The event organisers reserve the right to modify the programme in the event of unforeseen circumstances without advance notification to the participants.
