THANK YOU!
Thank you to everyone who took part in Limerick Sings 2026!
It was a wonderful weekend, full of singing, friendship, and fun.
Thank you to all our partners and sponsors, without whom the Festival wouldn’t be possible.
We are also very grateful for our Festival Team and volunteers, who kept everything running smoothly.
And last but by no means least, thank you to all our amazing participants, performers, and educators, including APOLLO5, Eimear Quinn, Ross Scanlon, and all the choirs who joined us from the Region, across Ireland, and the USA.
See you in 2027!
Limerick City, Ireland's oldest chartered city dating from the 12th Century, has a long and very fine tradition of choral tradition and a very fine tradition of choral singing, opera and musical theater, with many choral groups existing and performing for decades. Limerick Sings extends a warm welcome to choirs of all traditions and nationalities inviting them to come together for a weekend of festive, non-competitive singing in spectacular venues. The Festival is designed to offer choirs of all traditions an opportunity to come together for a summer event in some of Ireland's finest music venues and, without the demands of a competition, encourage choirs in the performance of their own repertoire. Performances with choristers from other countries is an added enjoyment of the Festival as is exploring the amazing locality and sites of the Wild Atlantic Way.
